The legislation in force provides for the return of products without a specific reason, within 14 days of receiving the product.

We want you to be fully satisfied with the products and services offered by etablou.ro!

At your choice, we will refund their value, we will exchange the product with the same one in good condition (in case of damage caused by transport) or with another product of your choice.

You can return the products, in the original packaging/ or wrapped in bubble wrap + cardboard, each piece individually, or in any packaging you want. Please keep in mind that, in the case of insufficient packaging, the products may be damaged.
The return of the products will be done at the customer's expense, using any transport service he wants; i.e. the payment of the return transport is your responsibility

eTablou.ro will refund the value of the order or change the product, at your choice, within 14 days at most from the return of the product.

The returned amount as well as the return conditions do not include the transport costs of the return.
If the returned product is damaged and no longer corresponds to the original product received, the refunded value can be reduced by the cost necessary to restore the product to its original condition.

The products must be returned sufficiently well packed to avoid damage.

Please use cardboard, bubble wrap (the packaging in which it was received can be used) to prevent damage during transport.
